Just a short post to note that many details for Black 2 and White 2 are now coming in. They are mostly minor story details which I won't post here, but the following pages will be regularly updated over the coming hours and days:
BW2 Pokedex
Lots of classic Pokemon found in the wild, including final evolutions like Starmie, Drifblim and Drapion!
BW2 gym leaders
All gym leaders, Elite 4 members and their Pokemon are known.
BW2 move tutors
Four new move tutors who teach moves for shards. (Dragon Pulse/Dark Pulse/Earth Power Hydreigon almost certainly possible!)
UPDATE: I have added all the move tutor moves that each Pokemon can learn! Check any Pokedex page (e.g. Mienshao) to see what moves they can be tutored. Individual move pages (e.g. Earth Power) have been updated with which Pokemon can learn a move.
